(tie) Birmingham Brother Rice – Don't overlook the Warriors No. 2 running back De Shun Brown…….my man's DOWN RIGHT SCARY carrying the pigskin!!!
(tie) Novi Detroit Catholic Central – Watch out CHSL, the Shamrocks are gaining momentum!!!
Southfield – Brandon Watkins, the Bluejays star senior running back, might be the BEST OVERALL PLAYER in Oakland County!!!!!.......Yeah, I said it.

Lake Orion – Dragons 'D' rounding into form!!
(tie) WL Western – Burney's having a difficult time figuring out if Western stud Jason Gamble is a better football player, protecting the Warriors' backfield in the trenches in the fall or an ace hurler on the mound in the spring mowing opposing batters down on the baseball diamond
(tie) OL St. Mary's – Great to see Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan's son, Matt, getting snaps for the Eagles under center in a Week 3 'W'!!!
RH Adams – I see a game-winning field goal for the Highlanders in Ryan Ciesel's very near future!!!!
Farmington – EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the job coach John Bechtel is doing with the Falcons this season!!!!
WL Central – IKE THE VIKE and co. are in store for another banner campaign in 2011!!!
(tie) Oxford – The Gianola brothers (Vito and Marty) are two VERY GOOD football players!!!

Scott,
ReplyDeleteOxford QB, Vito Giannola, and his center, Ryan Reason, BOTH had season-ending knee injuries Friday night. 3 other starters are out for 2 to 6 weeks. Rough night. Still, they scored the go-ahead toughdown with 2:30 to go and were just too tired and shallow to prevent the TD and winning 2-point conversion just before time expired. Prescott Line still had 277 yards and 4 TDs for the night - that's 800 yards and 14 TDs in 3 games!
