Headed To The Cornfields

The state of Iowa is about to get an injection of 'Yaktown flavor on the college football field with recently graduated Pontiac High School gridiron star Ronnie Craft-Bush signing with William Penn University earlier this week.
Located in Osklaloosa, Iowa, WPU has gotten itself a top-notch playmaker and genuine ball hawk in inking Craft-Bush, a two-year starter at safety for the Phoenix.
At 6-0, 170 pounds, this 'Yaktown stud can play either spot in the secondary at the college level and is a true leader both on the field of battle and in the locker room. He made numerous crucial interceptions and pass deflections throughout the 2011 campaign, being named all-league and helping the Phoenix win four straight games to conclude the regular season and qualify for the playoffs.
During the spring athletic seasons in his time at Pontiac, Craft-Bush was also a standout on the Phoenix's track and field squad.
WPU finished the 2011 season with a 9-2 overall record.
