Melissa Palmer (Troy Athens) – Softball Western Michigan

Will take the place of Kelsey Cleary (Lakeland/MSU) as the county's best leadoff hitter this spring

Gabe Berman (BH Andover) – Baseball Western Michigan

"Gabe the Babe" is one of the most exciting and explosive players in the state!!!!

Nic Stoll (Holly) – Basketball Michigan Tech

Will be the best big man in Northern Oakland County this winter

Katy Severson (North Farmington) softball Uof-D-Mercy

I see Severson leading the Raiders to Battle Creek in 2012!!!!

Sinclair Russell (Troy Athens) – Basketball Oakland U

Expect to see a more multi-faceted look from Russell's game this winter aka she's going to be showing off her newfound perimeter skills….all Burney can say is VERY SCARY!!!!

Mary Henry (Birmingham Marian) – Volleyball Duquesne

Best catcher in the state on the prep baseball diamond….Yeah, I said it!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Hubbard's game……huge upside as a college prospect

Didn't get much of a look at Constance last year due to injury, but this transfer from the Plymouth school district can straight spin from the bump!!!!!!

Polished post presence and as hard working as they come…..shot blocking specialist

Gabby Yurik (Stoney Creek) – Golf Michigan State

Most overall talented female high school athlete in the state, DESTROYING the comp whether on the links or on the hardwood

Kellen McCormick (Pontiac NDP) – Basketball Western Michigan

What's most impressive about KM is his continued improvement through the years, ……OUTRIGHT REFUSING to just ride his last name the next level
