A few names to watch out for on the gridiron this fall at Birmingham Brother Rice:

Kyle Marsh (OL) – Recently named a captain of the Orange and Black and after a season spent mostly on the shelf due to injury last year, will team with fellow senior Griffin Anderson to anchor things in the trenches for TEAM FRACASSA

Alex Malzone (QB) – This cannon-armed gunner is the future for Rice under center and will see some time on the field this fall as a sophomore, spelling incumbent senior starter Cheyne Lacarnaria, who quarterbacked the Warriors to a state title in 2011….think Brady and Henson up in Ann Arbor in the late 1990s

Shaun Jones (LB) – The next great Rice linebacker!!! Mad quicks and killer instinct sideline-to-sideline!!

Chris Carter (CB) – The next great Rice cornerback…..will be a vicious LOCKDOWN talent in the secondary!!

Grant Perry (ATH) – The next great Rice playmaker….this kid can hurt opponents at a variety of positions and he WILL very, very soon!!!!
